About the Role

As the Client Success Specialist, you'll be the anchor of our front desk operations and a vital link in each client's care journey. You'll ensure that every visit feels personal, every concern is addressed, and every client stays on track to reach their goals.
 

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
  • Building relationships through hospitality and high-level service
  • Following up with clients to prevent cancellations and drop-offs
  • Proactively solving scheduling and service-related issues
  • Managing client check-ins, scheduling, and payment processing
  • Monitoring client satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Guiding clients through their full success journey—from evaluation to results

What You Bring

  • A passion for serving others and exceeding expectations
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a front-desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Full-time availability to work 100% in-office at our San Jose location
  • Creativity, empathy, and problem-solving instincts
  • A desire to grow with a mission-driven, expanding small business
