Competitive EDGE Physical Therapy is one of the most advanced outpatient physical therapy centers in the country. Our facility is a full biomechanics lab and human performance center that caters to athletes of all levels. Our center is outfitted with 3D IMU sensors, muscle EMG, force plates, and high-speed video. Our team serves as the physical therapy team for the MLS San Jose Earthquakes and works with high level ultra and marathon runners.

Personal and professional growth is the foundation of what makes Competitive Edge different. We dedicate over 100 hours per year towards professional growth. Every week we block two hours for training and education as a team and one hour for direct, one-on-one mentorship with an experienced OCS and CSCS credentialed physical therapist.

Full-Time Pay: $95,000 - $120,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Ideal Candidates for the Role Will:
- Have a passion for personal and professional growth with strong entrepreneurial drive
- Perform running and walking gait analysis, return to sport testing, sports performance testing, initial evaluations, and follow up appointments
- Ensure clients achieve their clinical, health, and lifestyle outcomes
- Be able to clearly communicate the value of our service
- Provide a level of customer care that will cause clients to refer friends and family
- Keep timely and accurate documentation
- Are inspired to move the field of physical therapy forward using biomechanics and technology
- Value education and growth and are dedicated to lifelong learning
- Want to be part of a dedicated team where their input truly matters
- Love creating meaningful relationships with clients in pursuit of their goals
- Are passionate about sports and strength and conditioning
- Want to own their own business or play a leading role in expanding a growing business
- Current CA and PT license
- Current CPR Certification
- 2+ years-experience preferred - new grads welcome to apply
- CSCS and OCS – preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- 1-hour evaluations and follow ups
- Work with motivated athletes and clients who are actively invested in their outcome
- Ample opportunity for professional growth through in-house training and mentorship
- 2-hour professional development training and in-services EVERY week
- 1:1 weekly mentorship with an OCS and sports biomechanics professional
- Work with high-tech biofeedback and motion analysis equipment
