Competitive Edge Physical Therapy is hiring an Operations & Client Services Coordinator to support both client communication and clinic operations at our San Jose location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while excelling at organization, execution, and behind-the-scenes operational support.
Key Aspects of Your Role:
Client Services Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional hospitality to clients in person and over the phone
- Cover the front desk when needed, ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up calls with accuracy
- Assist clients in understanding next steps after evaluations and visits
- Process payments and update scheduling information with confidence and attention to detail
- Serve as a reliable point of contact so clients receive timely, clear communication
- Support the Operations Manager with daily, weekly, and recurring operational tasks
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems
- Track key performance indicators and operational metrics using spreadsheets and internal tools
- Assist with clinic efficiency initiatives and workflow execution
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Keep tasks, documents, and processes organized so nothing falls through the cracks
- You genuinely enjoy working with people and helping them feel supported and informed

Compensation and Benefits:
- $22–$25/hour based on experience
- $200 monthly medical stipend (full-time)
- 2 weeks paid vacation plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s
- 401k with 4% company match
