We are looking for a full-time Director of Growth with the experience, passion, and leadership to design and own how we scale effectively and efficiently.
This Is Not a Marketing Manager Role:
This is a senior leadership position responsible for building the patient acquisition engine that allows CEPT to scale without founder dependency.
You are not here to “do marketing.”
You are here to:
- Create predictable, measurable growth
- Build systems that make new clinic launches calm instead of chaotic
- Replace intuition and heroics with infrastructure
- Remove the CEO as the growth bottleneck
Why This Role Is Different:
Unlike roles at large corporations with red tape and layers of management, this role is a leadership role that values autonomy, impact, and taking fast action.
Similarly this isn’t just a “marketing role” disguised as a growth role. The main outcome of this role is acceleration of top line revenue tied directly to marketing related efforts which involves an unified strategy, specificity, and focus.
With our goal of 10 clinics in 3 years we are not trying to just win the next quarter. We are building a scalable growth engine that supports expansion to ten clinics. You will design the system that allows new locations to launch confidently and ramp to profitability without panic.
You report directly to the CEO and sit on the Management Company Leadership Team where you get to build the growth engine not just execute it.
What You’ll Do:
- Own CEPT’s growth strategy across all locations
- Define positioning, offers, and acquisition priorities aligned with clinic capacity
- Build repeatable patient acquisition systems that produce qualified evaluations
- Own cost per qualified evaluation and marketing ROI
- Scale what works across clinics and shut down what does not
- Create and maintain a Clinic Growth Playbook for expansion
- Lead demand generation for new clinic launches
- Build simple effective dashboards tracking leads, evaluations, show rates, and revenue
- Identify bottlenecks between marketing, operations, and capacity
- Lead and develop the marketing team

Our impossible goal is to scale to ten clinics by the end of 2028 while preserving what makes CEPT exceptional, high standards, unreasonable hospitality, strong margins, and clinicians who are fully utilized without burnout.
We are also building a nationally recognized clinical education platform that develops leaders, not just providers.
The Director of Growth is foundational to this vision.
Without predictable growth, expansion becomes stressful. With it, the business becomes calmer as it scales.
Your role is to design how we grow, deliberately and sustainably.

Compensation and Opportunity:
- Salary: $90,000-$120,000 + performance bonus
- 401k with 4% company matching
